Remembered for his infectious smile and giving heart, Frank Evan Inslee Jr. passed away at his home on January 24, 2024. As you read this take a moment to recall a time that “Frankie” made you smile, laugh, or roll your eyes. With these memories, Frank will always be with us.

As an art teacher at BHS and SqHS, Frank supported and encouraged his many students to express themselves. He was the head coach or assistant coach in a variety of sports. His hobbies included gardening, fishing, and golfing. He played a mean game of cribbage and loved camping and traveling with Carla. Frank was a very freindly classmate. I played basketball with Frank during our Thomson Jr High years. In 8th grade we were on the Bitter Lake Park Department team with a great coach. We won the City Championship that year. Frank was a very agressive defensive player that contributed to the win column. He was easy to get along with. Sorry for the Family loss.

Tardy with my comment, but none-the-less sincere. Frank was one very special guy, and my heart broke when I first learned of his passing last year. My prayers always for him and his family. I am so grateful to have known Frank.
